Due to restrictions on group events caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the CIES/PPPMSF Conferences are taking place remotely with virtual presentations.
The conference is co-organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; the Ministry of Health of Ukraine; Kharkiv National Economic University named after Semyon Kuznets (Ukraine); Psychosomatic Institute (Poland); ArgIQ (Argentina); Nêmeton Centro de Estudos e Pesquisas em Psicologia e Saúde, (Brazil); "Өрлеу" BAҰO AҚ (Kazakhstan); Simcord Information Services (Latvia).
The initiator of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "CURRENT ISSUES OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE" (CIES) and "PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEMS OF MODERN SPECIALIST FORMATION" (PPPMSF) is the Research Institute of KHOKZ. The conference is held with the support of the Kharkiv Regional Public Organization "Culture of Health" (Ukraine).

The Organizing Committee of the conference is represented by scientists from 19 countries and 5 continents in the fields of sociology, education, psychology, economics, and medicine. Most of these scientists are scientific editors of the IJSA and IJES journals.

The certificate meets the European requirements for the approval of dissertations and advanced training: - printed on the original form in gold ink with protective elements; - issued in English; - has an individual serial number; - has QR codes; - has a special sticker with an imprint; - has information about the number of ECTS credits for advanced training of employees in the educational sphere; - has information about the number of points for advanced training of employees in the medical and pharmaceutical spheres; - has information about entry in the registers of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Ministry of Health of Ukraine; - certified by the signatures of the International Organizing Committee (from five continents); - is certified by the seal of the Organizing Committee.
Yes, the certificate is issued to all registered conference participants.
The certificate confirms participation in the International Scientific Conference, which was held with the participation of EU countries, and approval of the dissertation research (by clauses 5.2, 7.3 of section 2 of the Procedure for Awarding Academic Titles to Scientific and Scientific-Pedagogical Workers, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of Ukraine dated 01/14/2016 No. 13). Clauses 6 and 26 of the Procedure for Advanced Training of Pedagogical and Scientific-Pedagogical Workers were approved by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 08/21/2019. No. 800 "Certain types of activities of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical employees (…participation in seminars, workshops, training, webinars, master classes, etc.), carried out outside the scope of the advanced training plan of an educational institution, may be recognized as advanced training by this Procedure". We recommend receiving a printed version of the certificate to confirm participation in an international scientific event!
Thus, CIES/PPPMSF are official scientific events in the registers of International Conferences of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, held by international co-organizers.
Members of the Organizing Committee do not pay fees for participation in conferences. Participants can make charitable contributions according to their capabilities/convenience, as we follow the payment rules at your discretion. The minimum contribution is EUR 20. These funds partially cover the costs of organizing the conference, maintaining web hosting, administering the site, issuing certificates and programs to participants, etc. To fully cover the costs, we will try to attract sponsors.

NO FEE for submitting an Abstract. Authors must partially cover the costs of publishing their manuscripts. FEE for publishing an abstract/article (up to 7 pages) in the scientific Collection of conference materials – EUR 50. The Journal's policy determines the FEE for publishing an Article: Abstracts and Articles are accepted subject to compliance with the requirements.

Published Abstracts or Articles are immediately and permanently available to all.
The possibility of publishing abstracts is limited to conference participants.
The contribution is made to the official account of the Organizer of CIES/PPPMSF, the founder of the Journals (IJSA, IJES) - KHOGOKZ with the purpose: "charitable contribution to scientific activity" (via the SWIFT system or another convenient method for you). The details are provided only after the review process and a favorable decision of the Editorial Board of the Journals on accepting the manuscript for publication.
Each author/co-author of a publication must register and pay a fee to receive a personal conference participant certificate.
No, certificates are issued to all registered participants regardless of publication availability.
This Collection has ISBN, DOI, BIC, BISAC, and UDC, and the stamps of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, a recommendation for publication by the Academic Council, an international composition of the Editorial Board. This year, it will be submitted for evaluation to Scopus, Web of Science.
Abstract/Article is published in the annual scientific Collection of conference materials (Conference Proceedings): "Current Issues of Education and Science" and "Psychological and Pedagogical Problems of Modern Specialist Formation."
One author may submit 1 article to the Conference Proceedings and/or 1 article to the Journal. The article may be sole or co-authored.

IJSA is already under evaluation in Web of Science, during this year it will be submitted for evaluation in Scopus. Your article will also be indexed if the Journal is indexed in Scopus, Web of Science. The International Editorial Boards of IJES, IJSA, and the scientific Collection of conference proceedings (CIES/PPPMSF) will ensure compliance with the requirements and submission of all published Abstract / Articles for evaluation in Scopus, Web of Science.
